Pre-portioned frozen fruit and vegetable sachets, supplied by the case to anywhere with a blender and a freezer. Tear one in, add 200 ml of liquid, and the drink is out in twenty seconds — no chopping, no peeling, and nothing thrown away at the end of service.
How it works on your bar
The sachet is dosed for one drink, so there is no scale, no recipe card and no portioning judgement on a busy service.
Cases live in your existing freezer at −18 °C. No fridge space, no daily prep, no fruit turning over in a chiller.
One 140 g sachet straight into the jug, frozen. Nothing is weighed and nothing is cut.
Water, juice, milk, almond or coconut water — the liquid is where you set your own house style and your own cost.
Around twenty seconds. Same drink, same colour, same volume, whoever is on shift.
The waste point matters more than the speed one. Fresh fruit prepped for a smoothie menu is bought against a guess at the day's covers. A frozen sachet is only consumed when a drink is sold, so an unsold portion is still stock rather than a bin.

Every blend is the same 140 g sachet and the same 15-sachet case, so you can mix tiers freely across one order. Ingredient decks are listed in full — there is nothing else in the sachet.

Beyond the smoothie
Frozen fruit at a fixed portion is a base, not a single recipe. Blend it short for a thick pour, long for a drinkable one, or blend it with no liquid at all.
Supply
Frozen delivery across Beirut and Mount Lebanon on a fixed Monday, Wednesday and Friday schedule. Orders of ten cases and above are delivered free; below that a delivery charge applies.
We bring sample sachets to your venue and blend them on your own equipment, with your own liquid. No charge and no commitment.
Three wholesale tiers, priced by annual volume and whether you sign a twelve-month supply agreement. Minimums are stated openly at the first meeting. Prices are issued on request.
Multi-site groups. Hotel groups and restaurant chains are quoted across the whole group rather than per branch, with one invoice and one delivery schedule. Tell us how many sites you run and we will come back with the right tier.
